Summit at Sunnybrook Village Set to Expand

Perry Reid Properties, headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska, and Anthony Properties based in Dallas, Texas, have announced plans to break ground this spring on Phase II of The Summit at Sunnybrook Village (www.thesummitvillage.com).
The Summit Phase I, a "Class A" 225-unit apartment home development located above the recently-opened Fleet Farm, was completed in the fall of 2017 and is currently 100% occupied. The developers, Perry Reid Properties and Anthony Properties, are excited to launch construction on Phase II this spring. The new development, “Summit Ridge”, will consist of 73 luxury apartment residences under one roof.

According to Craig Reid, spokesperson for Perry Reid, “When we built Phase I, we expected to see high demand for a new multi-family development featuring the finest amenities in the market. In fact, our expectations were exceeded. We're excited to be back in Sioux City, and we think the market will love the Phase II concept."
 
Brian Shiu with Anthony Properties explains, "Summit Ridge is designed on a smaller, more exclusive scale which will make the amenities easily accessible for everyone.” Residents of Summit Ridge will benefit from underground parking with controlled access and an elevator. A first-class amenity space on the main floor will offer a place to socialize, work, play and entertain. In addition, plans call for outdoor seating areas, fireplaces, 24-hour access to a fitness facility with workout classes, a coffee bar, Wi-Fi lounge, full kitchen, TV lounge area, and pool table.

Craig Reid adds, “Our goal for Summit Ridge is to make day-to-day living as pleasant, convenient and safe as possible and we’re offering the services to achieve that goal – from valet trash and recycling to concierge transportation, laundry and dry-cleaning pick-up and delivery.”
