- The Siouxland Medical Education Foundation sponsors a three-year family practice residency program and a one-year pharmacy residency program, both of which are affiliated with the University of Iowa College of Medicine. The Foundation provides primary care services to the tri-state area which includes Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota, for an average of 15,000 families per year.
