Now Leasing: Summit Ridge at Sunnybrook Village

The wait is over. Summit Ridge is now leasing to new residents. The 73-unit Class “A” apartment home development is Sioux City’s newest luxury apartment home community located in the fast-growing Sunnybrook Village neighborhood.
 

Perry Reid Properties, headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska, and Anthony Properties based in Dallas, Texas, have joined forces again to bring Sioux City residents a standard of living they won’t find elsewhere in the city. The two companies previously successfully developed Phase I of the apartment community called “The Summit at Sunnybrook Village”.

According to Craig Reid, spokesperson for Perry Reid, “When we built Phase I, we expected to see high demand for a new multi-family development featuring the finest amenities in the market. In fact, our expectations were exceeded. We're excited to be back in Sioux City, and we think the market will love the Phase II concept."

Brian Shiu with Anthony Properties explains, "Summit Ridge is designed on a smaller, more exclusive scale which will make the amenities easily accessible for everyone.” Residents of Summit Ridge will benefit from underground parking with controlled access and an elevator. In addition, plans call for outdoor seating areas, fireplaces, 24-hour access to a fitness facility with workout classes, a coffee bar, Wi-Fi lounge, TV lounge area, and pool table.

Craig Reid adds, “Our goal for Summit Ridge is to make day-to-day living as pleasant, convenient and safe as possible and we’re offering the services to achieve that goal – from valet trash and recycling to, laundry and dry-cleaning pick-up and delivery.”

Summit Ridge consists of studio, one and two bedroom units ranging in size from 553 to 1,423 square feet.
