Spee-Dee Delivery Expands

Overnight delivery service provider, Spee-Dee Delivery Service, Inc., is expanding their Sioux City operations at 3307 Northbrook Drive. Construction has begun on the new facility located just west of their current location. The project will allow Spee-Dee Delivery to triple the size of its office and distribution space, create several new jobs and retain 32 current employees. Construction of the expansion is anticipated to be complete in April 2014.

Northbrook is a growing business area located on Highway 75 North. It is home to Spee-Dee Delivery, Chad Fischer Construction/MBS, Inc. and a number of additional light industrial and commercial businesses.

CFC/MBS Inc., a full service commercial/residential general contractor and Butler Pre-Engineered Steel Building erector located on Northbrook Drive, is constructing the new facility for Spee-Dee Delivery. CFC/MBS Inc. also has a full service custom cabinetry shop in-house for custom wood working needs. Triple M Realty LLC., also owned by Chad Fischer, is a commercial management and property development company that will be leasing the building to Spee-Dee Delivery.
